  • Front crawl and elementary backstroke ( 100 yards)
  • Back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly (50 yards)
  • Front crawl, backstroke, side stroke, butterfly and breaststroke open and flip turns while swimming
  • swim continuously for (500 yards)
