- Front crawl and elementary backstroke ( 100 yards)
- Back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly (50 yards)
- Front crawl, backstroke, side stroke, butterfly and breaststroke open and flip turns while swimming
- swim continuously for (500 yards)
